Jacqueline34
I read on the forums that the Whole Foods has a rotisserie chicken that is compliant-is this true? And any specific questions I should ask about it before I purchase? thank you!!

Some Whole Foods might... you'd need to go to your store, read the ingredients and failing an ingredient list, ask about what the ingredients are and then compare them to the rules... no sugar, no soy, no grains, no legumes, no dairy, no booze. If you would like to see a list of the names companies call sugar, check out the link in my signature called 'sneaky sugars'
berry straw
Yes, they do carry a "naked" chicken which is just a rotisserie chicken, no salt, pepper, anything! It's good, and saved my butt on a 3 week trip this summer (I follow the AIP). They also carry other ones that are seasoned, so check labels.
