D-crock pot roast, carrots,

snack-lara bar

1 gallon water

Day 2:

B-scrambled eggs, bacon

L-bacon slices

D-2 bratweursts, tomato

snack-celery, almond butter

1 gallon water

Day 3:

B-sweet potato hash, scrambled eggs, side of sausage

L-steak, baked sweet potato chips

D-steak, sautéed zucchini and squash

snack-baked sweet potato chips

snack-celery, almond butter

3/4 gallon water
