Day 1:

jetlagged and late for work

M1 (lunch): tilapia 1 coconut curry sauce + steamed broccoli + roasted cauliflower + roaster acorn squash

M2 (dinner): tomato & tuna salad + orange bell pepper

Drank 1 coffee + 2 green teas + lots of water

Day 3:

definitely sick

M1 (breakfast): green apple

M2 (lunch): corvina fillet + steamed asparagus + roasted zuchini

M3 (dinner): grilled chicken breast + brussel sprouts + too many almonds

Dranks coffee + earl grey + rooibos tea

 

Note: I need to cut back on the nuts&seeds, even if they're compliant for me they're definitely a craving trigger

Day 4:

M1 (breakfast): red apple

M2 (lunch): fish stew + roasted green beans + roasted zuchini

M3 (dinner): chipotle salad (no rice no beans carnitas guac)

Drank coffee + earl grey + rooibos tea + lots of water
