Beth Kells Posted January 11, 2018 Share Posted January 11, 2018 Hi, R1D9!! I'm feeling good. For the most part I'm not craving anything. I almost feel like I'm eating too much. I am almost 65 yrs old, 5'3" and weigh around 130lbs. I swim, climb, barre and bike on a fairly consistent basis and i eat healthy. Well I thought I did. I never drink sodas or eat junk food. I am doing the Whole30 at my daughter's recommendation. We are doing this together. This will be her 3 or 4th round. I'm could lose a few lbs but I'm don't want to lose 10lbs. I really feel like it will be too much. Should I worry about this? I want changes in my digestion and want to feel better and be healthier.
