Afraid of losing too much weight

Recommended Posts

Hi,

R1D9!! I'm feeling good. For the most part I'm not craving anything. I almost feel like I'm eating too much. I am almost 65 yrs old, 5'3" and weigh around 130lbs. I swim, climb, barre and bike on a fairly consistent basis and i eat healthy. Well I thought I did. :)    I never drink sodas or eat junk food. I am doing the Whole30 at my daughter's recommendation. We are doing this together. This will be her 3 or 4th round. I'm could lose a few lbs but I'm don't want to lose 10lbs. I really feel like it will be too much. Should I worry about this? I want changes in my digestion and want to feel better and be healthier.

Add more fat to your meals if you're worried about keeping weight on.. you can google 'whole30 keeping weight on' for an article written by Melissa about this issue.
