I know I should be sticking to the portions guide, especially since I'd like to lose some weight, but I guess I'm wondering how much do I have to eat? Is it ok that I'm not feeling as hungry? The recommendation is to eat 3 template meals a day spaced 4-5 hours apart. If you come from disordered eating on any level then it's possible your hunger and satiety signals are messed up in which case, yes, schedule your meals and then eat at the scheduled time until your hormones and signals sort themselves out.
