RosaleeG
My throat is really sore and I have this throat spray that is supposed to help with the pain. It contains glycerin as an active ingredient though. I know that glycerin is not permitted, but does it count since it's medicine? Can I not take the spray for the pain? The rules are that anything with sugar is out. You'll have to make the decision for yourself how bad the pain is and whether this is something you want to use. Can you try tea? Lots of people swear by Throat Coat tea... never had it myself but the title sounds promising.
