polarbeary Posted January 14, 2018 Share Posted January 14, 2018 I am feeling great. I am sleeping much better. I am on day 20 but didn't feel I was losing weight so I broke down and weighed myself. I know it is against the rule. I have not gone off the program at all. Only lost a total of 3 lbs and my stomach is bloated. I am slightly overweight. I use Day by Day every night to journal.
