Help! Not losing weight

I am feeling great.  I am sleeping much better.  I am on day 20 but didn't feel I was losing weight so I broke down and weighed myself.  I know it is against the rule.  I have not gone off the program at all.  Only lost a total of 3 lbs and my stomach is bloated.  I am slightly overweight.  I use Day by Day every night to journal.  Any suggestions for what I am doing wrong?

It's hard to make any suggestions for weight loss given that this is not a weight loss plan and you are not actually done the program. Many people don't see that sort of improvement until the very end. Also depends on your history, your overall health, stress, sleep etc.
