I’ve never even gotten a “gluten free” meal there that didn’t make me sick. Much less a whole30. You’ll have to ask the actual restaurant about what they use to cook everything and every ingredient. If you look around the site, there are basic guides to what to ask restaurants. But I think red lobster is a pretty hard place to get a compliant meal worth paying for. Good luck.
