On day 3 I felt amazing and looked leaner, but now my thighs are touching (which they didn't pre-whole 30), and my chest doesn't look as lean as it did on day 3. There is no way to tweak whole30 to guarantee weight loss, because weight loss is not the goal of the program. However, people who have weight to lose often find that by the end of 30 days, they have lost weight. Also check out the timeline Kirkor posted above, and know that it is very common to feel like you're not losing anything until the very end of your 30 days.
