finntx
Preface: I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 4 month old and my appetite has been intense over the past couple weeks. I returned to work and I'm pumping so much milk. For breakfast today I had a frittata with mushrooms, leeks, and spinach. I put a little salsa on it and had a link of chicken apple sausage with it. I was hungry an hour later, like chew my arm off hungry. What else can I add to this meal to curb that hunger?

finntx
Ok! Thank you. There was full fat coconut milk in the frittata but I guess it is clear that I need a bit more.
Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 15, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 15, 2018 Coconut milk as your fat source would be a serving of 1/4 to 1/2 can. I imagine there wasn't that much per serving of frittata?
finntx
Very true. I used about a 1/3 of a can for the whole fittata and ate about half for one serving.
