Whole30ish
Is this Whole30 compliant? I’m having a hard time determining if some of these ingredients are okay or not. Please help! Ingredients in question are: sunflower lecithin, pea protein, vitamin A palmitate, and “natural flavors”. Thanks!!
Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 16, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 16, 2018 Peas are a legume, so this would not be compliant.

CorrineParson27
So I know this post is a bit old but, I would think the milkadamia is okay to drink. I’ve taken a picture of the Whole30 book and on page 68 it explains the peas.

The peas used in pea protein are mature peas and do not include the pod. Pea protein is out for whole30. Note, it is against copyright protection to post portions of the book. I have deleted your picture. Please don't do that again.
