It's Day 2 and I'm Already Struggling

It's Day 2 and I'm already struggling. I am supposed to go to lunch today with coworkers, and I dont think the place we are going has anything Whole 30 compliant. I brought food with  me, but it doesn't sound very good. i think i can push through today, but any tips on how to make this last?

Eat enough food for starters... often people who struggle are struggling because they're not eating enough... make every meal match the template including the protein, veggies and fat.  Write down why you chose to do this program and then refer to that list when you feel like you're struggling...
