Treesh 3
SO hubbs and I are on day R1D3 and he's already sick of eggs! He found a recipe http://www.wholesomelicious.com/pumpkin-apple-breakfast-bake-paleo-whole30/ . First off, if my hubster finds a recipe and offers to make it, I am so game. But is this really compliant? I realize the ingredients are all Whole30 compliant, but the actual bar-type meal seems questionable to me--sort of a cookie/brownie/dessert-ish thing, no? Please help me not think so hard!! Thanks!

This is extremely fruit heavy and meant to replace sweet 'standard breakfast' items and it has no protein in it (yes it has eggs but it's 3 over 9 servings so it's negligible). Save it for your food freedom
