Last night my husband had a 100% Fruit smoothie. I was thinking "this is fine, it's 100% fruit". I took ONE swig (super small - maybe 2 tbls??) and not too long after, my stomach was hurting. I completely forgot that it also had milk (dairy) and orange juice (probably some sugar) in it. I'M SO upset! I've been doing so good - 100% all in - and now I'm wondering if I have to start over for this? :unsure::wacko::( I'm half way through...

PS.  I was NOT even thinking to drink the whole thing, or even a couple swigs, I was honestly just intending to take that little swig since I know smoothies are not technically "allowed".
