Beginning January 22

Hi everyone, my name is Michele and I'm very excited to start this journey.  I was supposed to start this week -- but we are in the middle of moving our Taekwondo school and I new I wouldn't be able to prep each day like I needed.  So, we are taking Sunday off for prep work and focusing on having things ready.  I did start this week drinking my coffee with only coconut milk and eating mostly meat and veggies.  My husband is working on eating paleo, so, that helps with meal prep.  His is just not as strict.  The biggest concern is my boys.  I have one very picky eater -- mostly pasta and grains -- no veggies!
