Can I have Silk unsweetened almond milk

What are the ingredients?  If you google (best way to search this forum) 'whole30 silk unsweetened almond milk' you'll get loads of results with this same question and answer.  You must read labels on everything you eat...

ALMONDMILK (FILTERED WATER, ALMONDS), COCONUTMILK (FILTERED WATER, COCONUT CREAM), CALCIUM CARBONATE, NATURAL FLAVORS, POTASSIUM CITRATE, SEA SALT, SUNFLOWER LECITHIN, GELLAN GUM, VITAMIN A PALMITATE, VITAMIN D2, D-ALPHA-TOCOPHEROL (NATURAL VITAMIN E).

Don't see carragean but are the others ok? I'm on Day one of my first Whole30. Thanks!

Do you have a certain ingredient you were wondering about?  Have you compared the ingredients in this to the rules to see if any of them are dairy, soy, sugar, off limits preservatives or grains?

I don't see anything off limits on this list but the person asking the question wondered what the ingredients were so I posted them.

Oh sorry, duh, I thought you were the original poster :)  Hopefully these are the same ingredients in the one the original poster had at home... hard to say based on regional differences but you're right, this one is fine :)
