Coconut water

It is compliant, you could drink it, but it is basically like any other fruit juice, which we would not recommend drinking straight. People who work outdoors in the summer or do workouts that could leave them feeling dehydrated find that coconut water can be useful for rehydration, but most people really would be better off not drinking it.
