At my local Whole Foods they are (and really tasty!), but like @ShannonM816 says you'll need to check at your specific location. Most WF salad bars I've seen have little cards above each item listing all the ingredients including the oils and spices/sugars, which is really helpful! I spoke with my local WF and the turkey was just turkey and salt so I added some to my Romaine and carrots for a yummy lunch salad with my own Whole30 compliant dressing.
