Tried to do the plan in November, but was too hard that time of year. Looking forward to committing in February and hopefully into March too. Signed up for Blue Apron Whole 30 as well as have a few cookbooks so I can stay on track. Been dealing with eczema, fatigue, brain fog for a while now. Hoping Whole 30 can help me.
