2 weeks in and still very bloated!

It's hard to really give you good feedback about what's going on without knowing specifically what you've been eating. If you want more specific ideas, please list a day or two of typical meals, including specific vegetables and approximate portion sizes. 

In general, make sure you're drinking plenty of water (1/2 oz per pound of body weight, so a 120 lb person needs at least 60 oz), limit nuts and seeds to not more thana closed fist sized serving every other day, avoid eating a lot of cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, or cabbage, which commonly cause gas and bloating in many people in large quantities, and eat most of your vegetables cooked because raw vegetables are harder to digest and can also contribute to bloating.
