I wanted to try it to see if it would help with fatigue and stomach aches and bloating. It didn't help at all and in fact maybe was worse. So how do I reintroduce if I already feel poorly? I think that excludes nightshades (tomatoes, potatoes), and maybe eggs... I don't know enough about it to be commenting really, but that's what came to mind. I hope you feel better!
