brionna907
I have searched the whole supplement forum and have seen very conflicting answers to this question, so I thought I would ask. Can I take a supplement that has glycerin as part of the softgel? I take a Vitamin D3 supplement because I live in Alaska and it is dark all the time. All other ingredients in it seem to be fine. I don't start my first round until the 30th, so I figured I would ask now before I have started.
Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 29, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 29, 2018 Glycerin isn't permitted. You're an adult though, you can make your own decision......

Thanks, I don't mind eliminating it for my round. Do you know of any easily accessible Vitamin D supplements that are compliant? All the ones I have found seem to be in softgels like this one. Even the NOW ones that I have seen several people suggest have the same type of softgel. I don't want to sabotage myself by using them though. HealingWithin
You could try the Thorne Research liquid that is a D/K combo. You either take it orally or rub it into your skin. The only ingredients are the vitamins and MCT oil. You can get it on amazon.
