Well, today's the day. :)

I've needed to do this for a long, long time, but cutting gluten out took a lot out of me. Why food is so emotional for me is a whole other topic, so I'll stick with the basics. I am 5'8" weighing in at 197 lbs. and while I'm doing this primarily for health reasons, the weight loss would certainly be nice.

Started my morning with 3 eggs, and a palm full of pomegranate seeds. I would have added veggies, but my groceries are at the bottom of the hill and must be carried up in the snow/ice, so there's my workout for the day! lol

I do crossfit, but have seen few results outwardly since I haven't been eating well. Looking forward to losing some fat and showing those muscles I've been building! ;)
