I'm looking to start doing the Whole30 for the first time since moving to Japan, and am a little overwhelmed about how to get started. Is there anyone out there who has done/is doing Whole30 in Japan that has any advice (and/or kanji to look out for in labels)? Or anyone who has done a Whole30 abroad in general? Thanks in advance!
