The oils themselves should be okay.

The vitamins, you'd want to check the ingredients and see if they're all compliant. If they are, fine, but if they contain soy or sweeteners or other non-Whole30 ingredients, you'd need to set them aside for 30 days. If you follow the meal template, you should be getting all the vitamins and nutrients you need, because you'll be eating tons of vegetables along with your proteins and healthy fats.
