Just finished !

Hi everybody,

 

I just finished my first Whole30 and lost a whopping 10 pounds !!!! Funny thing is that that isn't even the best thing about those last 30 days....I feel better, sleep better and my hormones (PMS) as well as my mood are/is 100% improved. I have a lot of weight to lose and am definitely keeping some of the exclusions from Whole30, namely DAIRY! I will not reintroduce dairy or bread back into my food list as I believe the lack of both made me feel so much better. In addition, I would like to limit/exclude sugar from my diet as well....mostly. I am a little bit on the fence what sweetener to use when I do want to indulge. Thoughts?

Great job.  It seems for me, at least, that taking sugar out of my diet and sweetners (except for occasional alcohol, and limited sugar found in obscure items such as rubs) has been a huge thing for my diet.  I had been using sweetners in my coffee but I have not brought it back and don’t really miss it.
