ShellC104
I have looked at all of my hot sauces, all of the ingredients are W30 approved, but they all have Xanthan Gum in them, I read this is a thickener but I'm not sure if this is acceptable or not?? Administrators ladyshanny Posted February 2, 2018 Administrators Share Posted February 2, 2018 This is fine. You can check out all the common additives and their compliance by googling "Whole30 common additives" and a whole pamphlet should come up.
