Greetings,

My wife & I began this journey on Feb 1st, full of excitement.  There's definitely been some withdrawal symptoms, ie... I really am missing bread and cheese right now, and I'm a bit discouraged that I can't have my standard 5 minute oatmeal in the morning, but it's nothing I can't overcome.  I will say however, that there's only so many ways to cook an egg for breakfast, and I see that's going to get old very very fast :-(

With all that said, I keep looking at what I expect to get out of this, and focus on the benefits rather than what I can't enjoy eating right now.  My wife on the other hand is having a harder time of this.  I'm doing my best to be an encouragement, just not sure how helpful I am... :-(

You don't have to eat eggs for breakfast every day (or any day).  Anything you eat for any other meal is suitable for the first meal of the day :)
