RoseElizabeth
Hey there! Not looking for medical advice, just want to see if others have experienced this! Im at the end of day 6 right now and so far so good. Didn’t have a headache day 2-5 but had a mild one today, but otherwise feeling fine. Yesterday was a particularly stressful and emotional day for me (further heightened I think bc of being on the whole30) and yesterday evening I started feeling a cramp on my right side right below my ribs. It doesn’t hurt all the time, but I feel it most when I’m sitting down, sometimes when I’m laying. Almost feels like a stitch in my side like I used to get when I’d be running, but this one is lasting longer than one I’ve ever had before. I’ve felt it since yesterday evening though. Is this just my body getting used to the big change it’s undergoing? Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks for any insight!

An ongoing stitch in the side is not really a common side effect of eating whole foods. It's definitely possible that it's stress related and you did say you're not looking for medical advice but I would highly suggest if it continues and you're worried, to go see your doctor. Stef106
Hello RoseElizabeth! I know this post was from last year, but has the pain been diagnosed? Did it get better? I have had the same pain and after multiple screenings, they just tell me it's a fatty liver or scar tissue from my gallbladder removal. I am worried this plan may make mine worse. Im on R1D1. Thank you! Hope you are well
