Mireille Beaulieu
Hi, I decided to start my first Whole 30 on the 31st without reading ALL of the things, exept the main rules on tye website and following a couple instagrammer and now I am realizing I have been doing it wrong... I ate snacks (fruit and nut butter or nuts) and had 2/4 days of late night dates snacking (like candy?!). So here it is I think I will start back tomorrow. Anybody else starting tomorrow as well? I thing I would like some sort of accountability partner, my family is not on board. I was mostly paleo and eating real food so I taught this was gonna be easy-peasy but now I realise that it is gonna be harder than I taugh, the sugar dragon is hunting me!!! Ok let’s do it ! Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 4, 2018 Moderators Share Posted February 4, 2018 As long as you didn't eat anything that breaks the rules (here: https://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/ ) you're fine -- things like not snacking or making your meals match the template are recommendations: https://whole30.com/2015/01/rules-recommendations/ If you want to start over, that's certainly fine -- just know you don't necessarily have to. Do be careful with the Instagram stuff -- some people tag Whole30 on things that are definitely not. I've even seen pancakes and desserts tagged that way, and those are never, ever compliant.
