michele gratch Posted February 4, 2018 Share Posted February 4, 2018 I'm 6 days in and wondering if I am eating enough veggies and too much fruit. I have fruit at every meal-is that too much?? Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted February 4, 2018 Moderators Share Posted February 4, 2018 Without any details of what you're actually eating it would not be possible for us to tell if you're eating enough veggies except for the fact that you don't have them at breakfast so that's lacking. Fruit is recommended to be 0-2 fist sized servings a day eaten with meals only, not as a snack or dessert... that said, if you're eating it at every meal, you're already over the recommendation.
