Without any details of what you're actually eating it would not be possible for us to tell if you're eating enough veggies except for the fact that you don't have them at breakfast so that's lacking.  Fruit is recommended to be 0-2 fist sized servings a day eaten with meals only, not as a snack or dessert... that said, if you're eating it at every meal, you're already over the recommendation.

If you want to list out a couple days of your meals we can give you more directed feedback :)
