Marilyn F. Posted February 5, 2018 Share Posted February 5, 2018 Hi! I have been wanting to take the Whole30 Challenge for years and have always found an excuse not to...... Now I am 19 weeks pregnant with my second baby and I’m constantly craving sugar and gross processed foods.... even fast food! I am generally a healthy eater, but I can just tell that something is out of whack with my body that is unrelated to pregnancy. I feel sluggish and unmotivated. And I’m ready to make a change. I want to be the best person I can be for myself and my family. And I want to take care of my body and nourish my soul. Looking forward to beginning on February 12th! amanda_kathryn Posted February 19, 2018 Share Posted February 19, 2018 Good luck Marilyn! I started my second W30 yesterday and am also currently pregnant (25 weeks).
