Reintroduction - will I be able to recognize a reaction?

I am on day 29 - yay!  Now I am starting to plan for reintroduction, but I am concerned.

Prior to whole 30 I did not have digestive issues at all, but during whole 30 my stomach has been much more sensitive.  For example just yesterday I had terrible gas, cramps and bloating last night.  I can't figure out why because for dinner I had a big salad with fajita chicken and steak which also had some apples, walnuts, pecans and raisins, but not a lot.  The only thing I can think of is too much meat.  The issue is had this been a day I reintroduced something I would have concluded the reaction was due to the reintroduced food.  Any suggestions???

The main reason I did whole 30 was to see if eliminating inflammatory foods helps with joint pain from arthritis which it has helped some but not a massive change.
