ElenFox
Hi everyone! My name is Lenka, I come from the Czech Republic and I decided to start my first Whole30 tomorrow. I've been eating very clean for some time now (no sugar, no artificial sweeteners except those in the protein shake I drink after workout), I follow low carb diet (no bread, pasta, rice etc.) and I would say I eat primal for most of the time (some dairy here and there). But my problem is obsessive counting of calories and precise measuring of my food portions. I hope Whole30 will help me to get rid of this unhealthy habit. I took my last birth control pill today (I've been taking it for more than 10 years now), so I hope I will get my hormones into balance again. I'm really looking forward to the challenge, but also a little bit scared as I've been in the circle of counting calories for so long...I'm a little bit afraid to gain weight (actually according to people around me, I should, because I'm a little bit underweight, but you know...it's all in the mind)... I'm glad to join this forum and I hope I will find a lot of support and inspiration here. I will also try to help others as much as I can (I'm really into fitness and nutrition, just recently decided to pursue a health & fitness certificate).
