I feel like crud. Apparently it is not good to reintroduce EVERYTHING in the first couple days post30(24). Go figure. Despite being exhausted from skiing yesterday, I slept horribly (sleep app says 39% sleep quality despite being in bed 9+ hrs). I had my 3am anxiety insomnia thing (stressing out about things I have little control over). I'm stuffed up, and went through half a roll of TP blowing my nose all night. And my stomach feels super bloated and a bit crampy. And on top of all that, my entire body is sore from skiing.

I write this still lying in bed. Going for "comfort food" when I get up --- eggs, spinach, avocado, bacon, and bulletproof coffee :).
