I've been meaning to start this since I ended my w30 on February 2.

I have had wine a few times so I didn't properly reintroduce it. The only things non-compliant I've had since are guacamole with sulfites added and tonight I had a couple pieces of beef that was cooked with palm oil. Oh, and I had a Tic Tac. I licked one but it didn't get rid of my coffee mouth so I had a whole Tic Tac.

But tomorrow I will have 0% lactose-free milk in my coffee. I was going to try to wait until Saturday but the grocery store was out of almond milk so that was the excuse I needed. I cannot wait!!!!! I'll probably fly out of bed tomorrow because I'll want that milk. I don't know if I'll have any other dairy tomorrow, I don't really want anything.

I don't know what I'm going to do next. I'm scared to reintroduce things because I'm scared I'll fall into old habits. I do plan on batch-cooking again this weekend and want to keep that up, it is good for me.
