Starting 2/18

I am starting my first Whole 30 next Sunday, Feb. 18.  I stocked up on dressings, cooking fats and frozen foods at Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s.  I’ve already stopped eating chocolate, one of my weaknesses, and I’m working on cutting down on snacking, most of which I do mindlessly.  I’m excited to start but also a little nervous.  I’ve never been a big label reader but I’m about to be!  I’m most interested to see how my results correlate with the food sensitivity testing I did a couple of months ago.  Wish me luck!
