BamaBill Posted February 12, 2018 Author Share Posted February 12, 2018 D1R1 - B: 2 eggs scrambled w/homemade salsa from w30 book and avocado, homemade pork sausage from book, 2 cups black coffee Lunch: Green salad w/smoked tuna and balsamic vinaigrette, apple Dinner: pan fried steak, small baked potato, green beans with onions, peppers & mushrooms cooked in coconut oil Stopped taking arthritis med for w30, we'll see how it goes. BamaBill Posted February 12, 2018 Author Share Posted February 12, 2018 D3R1 Monday February 12 Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, 1/2 avocado and 1/2 cup salsa, pineapple chunks and 2 sausage patties, 2 cups black coffee Lunch: Green cabbage slaw w/cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup kalamata olives and pan fried chicken thigh Dinner: pan fried pork chop, baked sweet potato fries and green salad Slept ok again, brain and mind feel more clear than normal, wrists, feet and hands still hurt.
