D1R1 - B: 2 eggs scrambled w/homemade salsa from w30 book and avocado, homemade pork sausage from book, 2 cups black coffee

Lunch: Green salad w/smoked tuna and balsamic vinaigrette, apple

Dinner: pan fried steak, small baked potato, green beans with onions, peppers & mushrooms cooked in coconut oil

Stopped taking arthritis med for w30, we'll see how it goes.

B: Poached eggs with salsa, pork sausage and fresh pineapple, 2 cups black coffee

L: Green cabbage slaw w/ pan fried chicken thigh

D: Harvest salad with pan fried chicken and raspberry vinaigrette

Pineapple snack

Slept OK, wrist, feet and hands hurt on and off

D3R1 Monday February 12

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, 1/2 avocado and 1/2 cup salsa, pineapple chunks and 2 sausage patties, 2 cups black coffee

Lunch: Green cabbage slaw w/cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup kalamata olives and pan fried chicken thigh

Dinner: pan fried pork chop, baked sweet potato fries and green salad

Slept ok again, brain and mind feel more clear than normal, wrists, feet and hands still hurt. Very burpy after meals

R1D4 Tuesday 2/13

  • Breakfast - Potato and sausage hash, fresh pineapple and black coffee
  • Lunch - Pork chop, green salad, sweet potato fries and olive
  • Dinner - Shrimp Scampi, roasted sweet potato and green salad w/kalamata olives

Ankles, elbows and lower back hurt. Going to try some "Tiger Balm" my sister recommended.

R1D5 Wednesday 2/14

  • Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled with fresh salsa, 1/2 avocado and pork sausage, black coffee
  • Lunch - Green salad w/chicken thigh, apple, olives
  • Dinner - hamburger and green cabbage cole slaw

Joints still hurting but Tiger Balm really helped lower back, didn't ache all night after applying. Still slept a little rough, tossy turny.

  • Dinner - beef tips & green beans with peppers, onion, mushrooms and almonds
