Off season Whole30

Doing my second Whole30 during a down cycle of training (I run a lot).  Did my last about a year ago and have slipped back to all my nasty habits - ie diet coke, low veggie fruit consumption, chips.

Day 1 - Breakfast - Sweet potato hash, sausage, 2 eggs,  Lunch - chicken salad chicken, mayo, sweet potato, grapes, apple, walnuts, Dinner - keilbassa, potatoes, broccoli  Snacks - almonds, blueberries, Drinks - coffee w/coconut milk, lemon tea, seltzer water, water  Felt - VERY hungry even though I was probably eating more, no other issues.  Wanted to chew gum,  diet coke, chips. Made it thru
