Any night shift workers out there?

I am on day 17 of my Whole30 and feel great, finally into a good routine. Unfortunately, my job requires rotating shifts and I am getting ready to work some night shifts next week for about 3 weeks.  I am worried about interrupting all the progress I have made.  Does anyone have any tips/suggestions to stay successful with a weird schedule?? I am at work from about 4pm to 7am a couple times a week for three weeks at a time then I go back to a daytime schedule.  Thanks in advance!!!
