CHING 5
day 1 for me - read most of Whole 30 and started It Starts with Food - most healthy plans include drinking lots of water - I haven't seen any mention of the importance of hydration. It may be that I am still so new and unfamiliar with the tenets. Is staying hydrated ever talked about?
Moderators ShannonM816 5623 Posted February 19, 2018 Moderators Share Posted February 19, 2018 Hydration is important. We recommend aiming for 1/2 oz of water per pound of body weight, so a 120 lb person needs at least 60 oz per day.
kirkor 3573
It's talked about a lot! The recommendation is daily drink in ounces half your bodyweight in pounds. So if you weigh 120lbs, drink at last 60oz of water. EDIT: lol not only did we post at the same time, we used the same example math
