Day one and half way done. 

Breakfast: Two boiled eggs for breakfast plus black coffee and freshly squeezed oj/carrot juice.  

Lunch: Thai coconut milk curry soup, sweet potatoes w/ coconut and black hot tea.  Ghee is key.

Dinner: TBD

Exercise: 45 min elliptical level 4
