gurleen16 Posted March 4, 2018 Share Posted March 4, 2018 I meal prepped a sweet potato and beef frittata and I realized I accidentally cooked the beef/veggies portion with Kerrygold butter. The majority of the cooking was with EVOO and coconut milk. I'm on Day 6 and I've been doing really well. Do I have to start over:( ?? I'm not eating the rest of the food! Help! Maybe a W36 is in your future? Usually by the time people get to 30 days, they're pretty happy with how they're feeling and adding days of for woops like this isn't a big deal.
