House Rental on North Captiva Island

At the end of the month I will be staying on North Captiva Island from a Monday - Saturday.  The only way to get to North Captiva is by ferry and there are only a couple of restaurants and 1 small convenience store on the island.  Groceries are ordered in advance and picked up on the way to the ferry.

Currently I have completed my first round and  stay about 90% on program since meal prepping is easy for me and I feel so much better.  As I attempt to meal prep for that week I'm wondering if anyone else has visited or been in a situation like this and what your meal plan for the week might have been.  Daily meal plan ideas would be really helpful!

Does this place have a kitchen?  If so, I would think you would plan the same as you plan when you're at home.  I go every year to a cabin on the West Coast of Vancouver Island and we have to bring in everything we eat and drink... it's not hard, just a bit more work packing and figuring out how to make the most of ingredients.  I also take a rubbermaid tub with me that houses my frying pan, olive oil, salt and pepper, spices/seasonings, my own rubber gloves for dish washing etc... and I DEFINITELY take my own chef's knife.

Yes, there is a kitchen.  We just have to per-order groceries which are picked up and brought to the island on a ferry.

So not much different really than any other week? Maybe you're not used to doing a week worth of menu planning?  It's pretty common here for folks to plan out an entire week's worth of food, get groceries for it and then either cook it all on one day or cook as the week goes on.

Google "Whole30 meal planning" and you'll get lots of ideas.
