Mary Beth Wittry Posted March 5, 2018 Share Posted March 5, 2018 I have a question for all of you. I began my Whole 30, which is to end of Easter Sunday. I just found out that Canadian Bacon (because of corn syrup in the ingredients) is not compliant, and I had it with two breakfasts. Do I need to start over? I am a church musician, and my Whole 30 ends on Easter Sunday. I would simply like to celebrate by having a glass of vino. Will that really mess things up, if I stay with everything else?
