AlyMcF 7 Posted March 6, 2018 Share Posted March 6, 2018 I'm on Day 5 and I think this is the thing I'm missing the most...I'm making all these amazing recipes with great broths and sauces, and I can't figure how to make the most of the sauce on my plate or broth in my bowl after the solids are gone. In place of bread, rice, crackers, etc...what should I use? Today I tried tossing raw cashews into my soup, but they weren't very absorbent, LOL. Link to post Share on other sites

You could try serving your meals over riced cauliflower or mashed root veg... If you have something nice and saucy, maybe a shallow bowl to eat out of... then you can just eat the sauce itself Link to post Share on other sites
