mranderson01 Posted March 18, 2018 Share Posted March 18, 2018 Hi! I'm on day 16 and saw this recipe for applesauce. The only thing is it calls for vanilla, and that's not allowed. I know I can use vanilla beans, but I currently don't have those. But I was thinking since the applesauce cooks for so long (60+ mins), wouldn't the alcohol in the extract cook out?
