Whole15 and reintroduction?

Since this is my second Whole30 and I already know what groups affect me the most, can i just do a whole15 before i do another reintroduction but further seperate the groups- ex: milk vs yogurt vs cheese, bread vs pasta? I am currently on 10 but it actually should be day 21, but after the first 10 days we had a company dinner that was non compliant and I had to start over. So im trying to figure out what is best to do?
