Chelsea Cooper
I made stir fry for dinner last night when reintroducing non gluten grains. I accidentally mixed in whole baby corn with everything else. I meant to keep it separate. Can I just pick the corn out of the leftovers or should I avoid that all together so I don’t contaminate my results. Thanks!

Chelsea Cooper
Hi, sorry I may not have worded that right. I was testing corn last night, I meant to keep it separate so I wouldn’t contaminant my leftovers. So I had corn for dinner, but I can eat the stir fry for lunch on a non reintro day. Since I accidentally mixed it in, should I just avoid it all together or can I pick it out? Thanks!
Administrators ladyshanny Posted March 23, 2018 Administrators Share Posted March 23, 2018 I would just pick it out since you are in reintro phase.
