Starting 3/30! Time to get a handle on life!

I did this about 5 yrs ago and felt amazing.  I want that again!  My body is in such a mess with inflammation, head aches, a lot of extra wt.  I am so tired of "dieting".  I am just going to focus on real healthy foods.  I signed up for Real Plans and that looks lie the BOMB for meal planning. I have my Whole 30 Day by Day book ..  I am READY to regain my health !
